**Cancellation Policy for Individual Guests**
If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, you will not face any cancellation fees. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay, which will be applied to the credit card used to make the booking. For guests who do not arrive without cancelling, the total cost of the reservation will be charged to the provided credit card. Group reservations, including those for wedding parties, are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person at the time of booking.
**Cancellation Policy for Tour Groups**
Bookings must be cancelled at least 21 days before the scheduled arrival to avoid charges. If a booking is not cancelled in time, the full cost of the first night's stay will be charged. Payment for tour group bookings is due within 30 days.
Should you or any members of your party cause any form of damage or loss to the hotel, other guests, or their property, or violate any terms and conditions, you, as the person who made the booking, will be held accountable for compensating Walsh's Hotel for the necessary repairs or replacements. Management reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit of £200 upon arrival, which will be returned after a satisfactory check of the room upon departure.
Walsh's Hotel management retains the right to deny check-in.
