**Cancellation Policy**  

If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following terms:  

Walsh's Hotel, Apartments & Mill Lodges

- For individual bookings at Walsh's Hotel, Apartments and Mill Lodges: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival will not incur any fees. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be applied to the credit card used for booking.  

- For individual bookings at Linen House and Coastal View: Cancellations made more that 2 week before your scheduled arrival will not incur any fees.  However, if you cancel within 14 days, a charge equivalent to the cost of the stay will be applied to the credit card used for booking.

- No-shows: Guests who do not arrive without cancelling will be charged the full amount of the reservation.  

- For group bookings (including wedding parties): A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required at the time of booking.  

- Special offers: Reservations made under special offers with advance, non-refundable payments are not eligible for cancellation.  

 

**Cancellation Policy for Tour Groups**

Bookings must be cancelled at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival to avoid charges. If a booking is not cancelled in time, the full cost of the first night's stay will be charged. Payment for tour group bookings is due within 30 days.

 

**Damage Policy**

Should you or any members of your party cause any form of damage or loss to the hotel, other guests, or their property, or violate any terms and conditions, you, as the person who made the booking, will be held accountable for compensating Walsh's Hotel for the necessary repairs or replacements. Management reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit of £200 upon arrival, which will be returned after a satisfactory check of the room upon departure.

 

Walsh's Hotel management retains the right to deny check-in.
